Enter a reason for your trip in the Shuttel app or My Shuttel-environment and you’ll receive the agreed-upon reimbursement. Registering your travel administration has never been easier.

About Shuttel
Why do I receive emails from Shuttel?
You’ll receive several emails from Shuttel:
- When you start using Shuttel — We’ll send you several emails to help you get started quickly. These emails include activating your Shuttel card or creating a Shuttel account.
- Updates — Your employer might give you access to new forms of mobility that allow you to travel flexibly. We’ll also keep you informed of major updates for the Shuttel app or My Shuttel environment.
- While using Shuttel — These are emails you’ll receive if, for example, you lose your card and need a new one sent to you. Or if you reset your password, for example.
What can I do with Shuttel?
At Shuttel, easy, flexible travel is our top priority. That’s why we offer organizations like the one you work for multiple travel options — from public transport to shared transportation to registering trips using your own transport or working from home.
The mobility services you have access to depend on your organization. You can find these services in your Shuttel app and My Shuttel-environment under My Shuttel > Mobility services.
