Great news! We are expanding our services to include an integrated payment solution, which will make using Shuttel even smoother. Since this involves processing payments, we need to establish new agreements that comply with the regulations governing financial services.
We have now clearly detailed new features like parking via Shuttel and our mobility registration module in the conditions. This provides clarity regarding the agreements when using these additional services.
We have clarified precisely how agreements with you, as a customer or user, are established and, if necessary, how they can be terminated. This gives you greater insight into the legal foundation of our partnership and ensures increased transparency.
We have strengthened the legal basis for how we process your personal data. This means we are now even clearer and more transparent about why and for how long we store and use your information. We do this to always comply with the latest privacy legislation and to ensure optimal protection of your data.
In addition to the substantive adjustments, we have optimised the entire document for readability. The language is clearer, the structure is more logical, and the sentence construction has been simplified. In short, we have made the Terms and Conditions as user-friendly as possible.
