The annual overview is a snapshot

Your annual overview is a snapshot based on all the data received by us up to and including September 12, 2025.

This can lead to differences in two ways:

  • Recent transactions after September 12 haven’t been included yet.
  • We rely on the carriers to provide us with your trips and transactions. Sometimes, this data is delayed in reaching us.

Due to this snapshot date and any potential delays, your annual overview may look slightly different from the most current status shown in the Shuttel app or My Shuttel environment.

Administration

Moment of assigning the travel motive

The moment of entry and assignment is crucial for the annual overview.

Trips or transactions that were already visible in the Shuttel app or My Shuttel environment before September 12, 2025, but to which you had not yet assigned a travel motive at that time, have not been included in this annual overview. This is because we don’t know whether the trip was for business, personal, or commuting purposes.

The same applies to trips with your own transport that you entered after September 12.

Agreements with your employer

Automatic assignment of a travel motive

You might notice more personal transactions in your annual overview than you expected.

This can happen due to agreements with your employer: trips that haven’t been assigned a travel motive after a certain period are sometimes automatically registered as personal.

If you have questions about this, please contact your HR department.

The Shuttel app and My Shuttel environment are leading.

No worries! If you notice differences in your annual overview, the Shuttel app and My Shuttel environment are always the most current and leading source for your travel data and transactions.

So, you don’t have to worry if the annual overview doesn’t seem completely accurate. The data in your Shuttel app and My Shuttel environment is correct.
